Portland Condos for sale. Live in a Portland condo or townhouse and have a little bit of outdoor space? Here are some ideas from Houzz.com that might be fun to incorporate with your Portland condo patio.
Whether you have a narrow side yard such as some of our garden style Portland condos in Northwest Portland, a quaint patio such as those on the garden level at Streetcar Lofts in the Pearl District or a balcony in one of our Portland high rise condos, limited size does not mean missing out on a beautiful green space to enjoy our Portland weather.
With some of our Portland Oregon condo balconies such as in The Eliot Tower condos and The Benson Tower condos in downtown Portland, Park Place Condos, Metropolitan Condos and Bridgeport Condos in the Pearl District or The Atwater Condos and John Ross Condos in South Waterfront there is limited space so every square foot counts. This is a good use of outdoor condo space with built-in planters and benches. The simplicity combination of weather wood and green plants make this a very elegant condo patio. Many of our Portland condos balcony are concrete which would give the same gray “weathered” look as we see with this photo.
This outdoor space reminds me of some of the condos we see in The Vaux Condos in Northwest Portland or American Plaza condos in Downtown Portland , some of the townhouse style condos in Park Place in the Pearl District, or some Portland condos in The Meriwether condos in South Waterfront. These condo outdoor spaces are a bit larger where you could transform the space into an urban jungle with large planters of bamboo as they did placed along the back wall. I like the idea of layering plants with a variety of foliage behind the dining space making you feel like you are sitting in a tropical forest.
