Here is some great idea with a New York 450 sq. ft. condo that would work well in some of our condos here in Portland, Oregon. The previous owners had sheetrock over an amazing brick wall which now they are exposed. Lucky in one of our Pearl District condo buildings, The Chown Pella condos lofts already have exposed brick walls that make these condos have a great vintage feel. I love how they used wood bookcase in front of the brick giving it a nice contrast which would work well in many of our condos here in Portland adding both storage and a place to display your treasures. In a another photo you can see how this designer took out a wall with a sliding door as the space is small and replaced it with a 9’ sliding door on a rack. As many of our Portland condos and lofts are an open space this would work well in many of our buildings such as The Edge Lofts Condos, Marshall-Wells Lofts condos, The Avenue Lofts condos, and the Elizabeth lofts condos here in the Pearl District as many love the open concept but want some division between the living space and the bedroom. I especially like the bar cart from Target which is quite fun as I have actually seen this cart in a Portland condo I showed last year at The Pinnacle Condos in the Pearl District and again at Target here in Portland!
